Unlike unpredictable fundraisers, eBay offers a very exciting and successful way for Dreams to Reality Foundation® to generate much-needed donations. Items are donated and then sold on eBay for our cause.
Please consider the following important terms:
- Used items are guaranteed to delight and excite you, or we will refund your money (except in rare circumstances when we sell items where all sales are noted in the listing as “final”)
- Any warranty offered on a product is only provided by the original manufacturer, we do not extend any warranty beyond what was offered by the factory.
- Shipping carriers are solely responsible for loss, damage, and delay after a parcel leaves our hands. Insurance claims are handled by the carrier or insurance company, and we would require your cooperation in filing any such claims, which are very rare.
- The payment of applicable taxes, including duties, imposed by your home country are your responsibility and we do not mark items as gifts or provide a reduced, declared value in order to circumvent the government regulation of your jurisdiction. Asking us to do so will result in the cancellation of the sale.
- All other terms of sale, which appear in our listings, are applicable as well.
